One of my all time strangest OCs, but still oddly adorable. He is my first Faceless Pokepony!

I adopted this cutie from . Dragon takes after both of his parents. He was born with no face, much like his father, Smiley. This is the result of mutant DNA passed down from his grandfather. Dragon senses the world around him much like his father. He uses his tongue to sense his surroundings much like a snake would. He can not hear and can not speak. Unfortunately he is not a unicorn or his half brother Magic would be able to teach him the spell to allow him to "talk" through Telepathy. Strangely, all of his half siblings seem to understand him anyway. Maybe it's a faceless thing?  Dragon is often looked at strange by others, but if ponies take the time to get to know him, they'll find out he's very sweet. Dragon is part Dragonair pokepony and as such, he has the powers of a dragonair.
